Jeff Cohen is the registered owner of and sometimes occupies Lot 22 on our Goodnow Flow & is also whom the dinosaurs appointed as a Director to take the place of Jeff Johnson. I don’t personally like Jeff Cohen & I don’t like or agree with their (IMHO) deceptive mannerisms. But I have previously put aside my personal feelings regarding them and committed myself to working with them (and all other only temporary bored members) for the benefit of 🅴🆅🅴🆁🆈🅾🅽🅴 on our Flow - not just the FFLO's whom the bored likes. Thus far, our dinosaurs have refused to cooperate every time I have reached out to them.
At 47 minutes and 45 seconds into our most recent FFLO meeting, when simple steff had begun (IMHO) misleading FFLO’s regarding Shadow Dam and Shadow Pond, Jeff spoke up thusly:
“Steve, I’ve done some research that you should know about.”
In reply, simple steff stammered and stuttered and tried to force Jeff to only talk about this topic to them privately offline, not at this FFLO meeting. However, Jeff surprisingly correctly persisted, and finally gave the following information:
“What’s happening is this: Well, and I need a little assistance from everyone, ya know, some background. Uh, we had talked about getting a, an assessment of the dam itself, to ensure that it is safe. And, in that regard, umm, I contacted a hydrologist that I know, uhh, that used to work for the government, and he has put me on to a couple … what he said we need is a geo-technical engineer. Uhh, I’ve looked at, I’ve done some research on a couple of companies and sent some emails to them – yet to response cuz I have just gotten this information – and I’ve also put a word out to a, uhh, a large, nationwide, uhh, umm commercial consulting group that also deals with these kinds of issues. So, I’m getting the information necessary so that we can have somebody evaluate the, ya know, the safety of the dam, and that would involve looking at the culvert and making some recommendations. That’s what these companies do. Umm, my question is when I’m speaking to them – we own the dam, how far on the other side of the dam to Shadow (Pond) do we own?”
At the time and in full view of everyone at the meeting, I said the following:
“Jeff Cohen has the right idea – actually taking outside input.”
Being a genuine Community requires respect for and acceptance of the diversity of every individual within that Community. Especially when one holds a "leadership" post, such as all the temporarily sitting bored members do. The refusal of our dinosaurs to even consider FFLO
input which differs from their cult-minded hive-"think"; their illegal repeated defaming of me; their refusal to even answer polite questions from me while happily taking my
(only for now) court-ordered dues payment;
These things are grotesque and about as "anti-Community" as a bunch of intolerant jerks can get.
